Our focus area is Nonviolent Communication Training Programs and Practice.
What motivates our work is seeing and experiencing how very small subtle shifts in our consciousness, focus and relating within self and with each other can bring immense life-serving shifts within self and with each other. And also avoid or address potentially unneccesary or avoidable conflicts which may reduce avoidable suffering with very small shifts that are possible.
We have expereinced and we imagine immense potential in conciousness and practices of Nonviolent Communication to serve individual and collective wellbeing. And that motivates us to keep practicing and sharing Nonviolent Communication through training courses, programs and practice groups.
Center for Compassionate Connection & Coexistence is primarily promoted by Muzaffar Shaikh, Compassionate Nonviolent Communication & Connection Trainer.
Muzaffar Shaikh is a curious explorer of the nature of existence and behaviour of life. He lives in inquiry into consciousness, human behaviour, and the possibilities that foster life-serving empowerment, deeper connection, and compassionate coexistence.
For over a decade, he has been engaged in living, researching, and sharing practices that cultivate awareness, empowerment, and meaningful human connection.
Through training, facilitation, research, and content development, he supports individuals and communities in embodying more conscious and life-serving ways of relating.
The conciousness, focus and practices of Nonviolent Communication deeply complement his work. He has been actively involved in sharing these practices and helping make them accessible across languages — including English, Hindi, and Marathi.
